List a publisher

GET /v1/inventory/publisher/{id}

Retrieves details of a publisher by it's ID.

Response codes

Status	Meaning
200	Creatives found.
400	Bad request - invalid input or parameters.
401 / 403	Not authenticated / not allowed.
404	Not Found - Resource not found.
405	Method not allowed

Update a Publisher

PUT/v1/inventory/publisher/{id}

Updates the name, parent publisher, and active status of an existing publisher. Fields the request omits are left as they are.
